Excellent food, consistent quality, friendly staff.

This is great food, and large portions.

This has been my go to restaurant when in Dawson Creek. I like the variety of Vietnamese dishes and the service is good. But the food, it's very disappointing how terrible it's become. The noodles are often undercooked, the spring rolls are inedible, just chewy. The meats are poor quality and tough. Everything else is bland. Ordered for three of us on the last visit and that's three of us who won't be back. :(

Been sick a few times after eating here, but i keep coming back.

After over 40 years of dining out on Asian cuisine I can without qualification say this was the worst I have had. Two standards that I have frequently ordered, Word Wonton and The Special Chow Mein, succeeded only in disappointing me. Noodles only a ravenous canine might find edible. Barbecue pork that tasted unlike any I had experienced. Prechewed? No but tasteless. The too few wontons or seafood bites round out a disappointing experience. It is to be noted that this was a take out meal but my complaint is about quality. Th e two service personel I dealt with when ordering and picking up were friendly and pleasant.

Lean food. Owner really takes the idea of serving people healthy options to the next level. Though the taste and texture may not be what you expect, healthy options equal longer life. So it's a win win!

If you don’t mind waiting a bit I highly recommend checking it out! They have the best war wonton soup I think ive ever had with huge servings. The staff sometimes seem a bit irrated but the food is 100% worth it, look forward to coming here every time I go through Dawson.

Not authentic vietnamese food and I hope people that eat here dont go home thinking this is vietnamese. The menu and food is western chinese that I can get anywhere. Very dissapointed.

Not really Vietnamese tastes more like greasy Chinese food and no veggies I've had pho at many different places and I haven't had anything like this.

Have been visiting the Noodle Hut for years and it has always come out fresh and with good portions. The family run business is very consistent and always impresses. A good place to treat family and friends.

Tried to order some food to my hotel in Dawson and the minute I asked for delivery the response was we only take cash for delivery. I was planning on ordering a decent amount of food and did not have that much cash on me so I was unable to get food. Very disappointing to say the least... what kind of restaurant in this day and age doesnt own a debit machine....

Yes i eat here when i cone to dwason, its a small , quaint place, really really good food.

I'll have to try it again. I wasn't too hungry and the portion sizes were a bit overwhelming for me, but nonetheless it wasn't my favourite on my first visit. My group seemed to like their food and the place was suggested so perhaps it was bad luck...

Wife & I ate here & had LOTS of GOOD food & a very tasty experience. Could not believe how much food they served at a very reasonable fee. We do not call McDonald's a restaurant by the way...

Lived here my whole life and it's always been our family's favorite place to order from. Best place in town to order from very clean establishment and friendly family owned business.

I have been eating at noodle hut for over 15 years and will continue to eat there as long as they're open! I love noodle hut, they have such great Vietnamese food (rivalling that of some I've had in waaay bigger cities) and the owners and staff treat us like family. My favourite thing is grilled pork vermicelli and springrolls, definitely love the springrolls!

My experience at Noodle Hut was alright. Understaffing lead to a constant feeling of tension and unfriendly interactions from our waitress. The food tasted great, was of optimal temperature when we received it and was delivered quickly. Unfortunately, the cramped atmosphere, overwhelmed staff and discovery of a hair in one of our dishes, only to have staff simply removed the hair and return the plate, made the experience hard to enjoy. I would recommend giving Noodle Hut a try at typically less busy times of day.

They will reply to this with the statement that they dont control the menu posted on their Facebook page. I call Bull$4!+. I ordered from the menu they had posted on Facebook and calculated a bill for around 60 bucks and they showed up wanting around 90 bucks. When I asked why the bill was so much higher after making the delivery girl wait while I called they told me "because the menu is old and they changed their prices. I can almost guarantee they have run into this before because they said they tell other people this too. " I waited close to an hour for my food and then after protesting the 30 dollar overcharge over the phone and the girl on the phone speaking to the management they didn't even try to work something out and offer me a price somewhere closer to what the menu said. They took the food back because I refused to pay 30 dollars more than the online menu price and left me hungry. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES.

It's Dawson Creek.... Not like you've got a whole load of options, but the food is really good and the plates are full.

Always great food - we always get take-out because the seating is quite small and cramped but the food keeps us coming back.

Waited over an hour for takeout!
